Film historian
A leading film researcher in the field of Balkan film studies. Since 2017 he is a full professor of film studies at Hyperion University in Bucharest and since 2014 he is a researcher at ‘George Oprescu’ Institute of Art History of the Romanian Academy. Between 1996- 2013 he has been curator of the Romanian Film Archive. He is author of three books on cinema written in Romanian and English: “Manakia Brothers or the Image of the Balkans” (2005), “A Short History of Romanian Cinema” (2005, 2018 in Beijing in Chinese) and “Orient Express. Romanian and Balkan Cinema” (2008). |
Film producer
She is a documentary producer and film consultant based in Brussels and Athens. In addition to her own projects, she works with production companies, festivals, training organisations and major funding institutions, having started her career with a 10+ year stint working for the EU MEDIA Programme in Brussels. ![]()

Film director
He studied art history at Belgrade's Faculty of Philosophy. His feature film “Enclave” (2015) was Serbia's candidate for the Academy Award for a foreign language film. Radovanović is a member of the European Film Academy and the Association of Film Artists of Serbia. Currently, he works as a guest professor at the International Film and Television School (EICTV) in Cuba. He has directed many awarded shorts and docs. His last film is “The Makavejev Case or Trial in a Movie Theater” (2019). |
